At Gastromé you can choose our MENU or SIGNATURE

Our mission is to lead you as a guest through the seasons from our perspective.

We would like to take you on a journey through the sea, forrest and ´The Garden´our own small agriculture. `The Garden´is one of our sources to inspiration, and located just 10 km from the restaurant. We produce a small share of commodities for our menues, keep our own bees and chickens.

Gastromé and ´The garden´is not just our restaurant… It is also our personal contribution and way of taking a social responsibility. Through our close coorporation with Aarhus social office and direct contact with Kofoedsskole we help people who has their own private struggles. 

Our philosophy is that our commodeties and the people around us needs a good place to grow. 

At Gastromé we not only love people and food… We have a great passion for wine. Throughout the years we colected a great selection of wine. Our two cellars of presentation is open for you if you wich to have a look and be inspired. Let one of our sommeliers guide you throuh the night or a arranged tasting. We present two winepairings for our menues. The first is our full focous on food & wine match and the second is where the wine is the leading role and leaves time to immerse in the universe of wine.

Signature

‘Signature’ er Gastromés største menu.
Et helaftens arrangement med 18 serveringer.
Der estimeres til minimum 4 – 5 timer ved bordet.

‘Signature’ kan bestilles torsdag, fredag og lørdag,
med eller uden ledsagende vinmenu.

Fuld gas

Et aften arrangement bestående af 16 serveringer.
Der estimeres minimum 3,5 – 4,5 timer ved bordet.
 
‘Fuld Gas’ kan bestilles Onsdag, Torsdag og Fredag,
med eller uden ledsagende vinmenu.

Private Dining

Private dining ved plankebordet I vores vinkælder.
For minimum 6, og maximum 14 personer.
6 snacks – 6 serveringer – 6 vine.
Der estimeres minimum 3 – 4 timer ved bordet.
Private dining serveres alle dage.

Vinmenu I

I denne vinmenu fokuserer hovedsageligt på at finde det bedste match, inden for vores bedste evne og overbevisning, helt uden foreskrevne regler.
Der vil være fokus på alsidigheden mellem harmoni, kontrast og supplering i forhold til maden, for en mere dynamisk og udforskende oplevelse.
Vi kommer omkring både klassisk- samt naturligt producerede vine, fra både velkendte og mindre kendte, men spændende og lovende vinområder og –bønder.

Vinmenu II

I denne vinmenu vil der i lige så høj grad blive lagt vægt på genkendelsens glæde, og vinen som et selvstændigt glas, som på sammenspillet mellem maden og vinen.
Vi bevæger os inden for mere velkendte vinområder og appellationer, og fra gårde og producenter, hvor navnet taler mere for sig selv.
Vi tager den klassiske tilgang, ved harmonisk og progressiv kombination mellem mad og vin.
